Unicorn Oyster Farm raises a variety of oysters on the cold, clean Damariscotta River Estuary in Maine.  Our oysters are primarily available at restaurants and premium seafood shops around New England.  We deliver directly to our customers fresh directly after harvest year around.  Unicorn Oyster varieties are cultivated using several distinct growing techniques resulting in clean, balanced, healthy animals.
